Docking with Richter Rubber Technology dry condom electrical testing machines.
Currently the most difficult position to hire for condom factories is workers operating manual Condom Electrical Testing Machines. To tackle the labor shortage, Recare has implemented fully automated condom feeding using Automatic Condom Loading Machine, eliminating the need for manual labor in this process.
Notes:The RRT machine referred to in the following text specifically refers to the dry condom electrical testing machine produced by Richter Rubber Technology.

How does it work?
- The conveyor belt can automatically replenish condoms.
Place the dry condom onto the conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt will automatically move forward to transport the unrolled condom to the Feed Inlet
- As soon as the condom appears, the machine will start automatically.
After the condom enters the feeding port and is Inlet, Condoms are automatically hung and arranged one by one on the conveyor belt,and moves forward.When the conveyor belt is fully loaded with hung condoms, the machine stops automatically to save energy.
3.Automatic Condom Fitting
The condom is positioned by an air cylinder, then picked up by a robotic gripper. An electronic vision system locates the metal molds on the RRT turntable, and the cylinder actuates to automatically fit the condom onto the metal mold of the RRT electrical testing machine.The machine will not repeatedly fit condoms onto the same mold.
4.High-Voltage Electrical Inspection
As the turntable moves, the metal mold comes to the high-voltage electrical inspection position for testing. Qualified and unqualified condoms are output separately.An automatic lubricant spraying device can be added as needed.

Requirements for the detection object
1.8 types of condoms can be automatically fed using this machine.
2.Condoms cannot stick together.
3.The rubber ring of the condom should not be less than 1mm, and the rubber ring should be perfectly round.

Speed of Machine
The speed is 26 – 31 pieces per minute.
- The speed is determined by the customer’s condom.
If the condom is long and thin, it is more difficult to straighten it out. Before purchasing, the customer should prepare samples of various condoms from their factory for testing.
- The fully – automatic condom loading machineneeds to complete a series of actions.
Each of the two actions, picking up and placing the condoms, takes over 0.8 seconds.
Fitting the condom onto the mold takes 0.5 – 0.6 seconds.
Calculated on a per – minute basis, the fastest speed is only 30 times per minute.
The speed of the RRT machine’s aluminum turntable can be set to over 40 times per minute.
However, if the machine runs too fast, it will be difficult to synchronize with the rhythm of our condom loading machine.
Moreover, the operating systems of the two machines are independently controlled. When the speed is too high, it may cause the robotic arm for fitting condoms to collide with the mold or result in the phenomenon of the mold missing the condom – fitting. The actual production capacity is approximately the same as the total inspection volume when the condom quality testing machine operates stably.
- Cost – performance analysis of semi – automatic electrical testing machines and machines with added fully – automatic loading:
- Generally, condom production operates in two shifts per day. If there are 60 electrical testing machines, 120 workers are needed per day. Calculated at a rate of 40 condoms inspected per minute, the number of condoms that can be electrically inspected in two shifts a day is 120 × 40 × 8 × 60 = 2,304,000 pieces.
- If automated electrical testing machines are added, one worker can oversee at least 4 machines. So for 60 machines, 60 ÷ 4 = 15 workers per shift, and for two shifts, it’s 15 × 2 = 30 workers. Thus, 120 – 30 = 90 workers can be saved, and the wages of these 90 workers can be saved. The number of condoms electrically inspected by fully – automatic electrical testing machines per day is: 60 machines × 27 pieces × 24 hours × 60 minutes = 2,332,800 pieces.

What will happen if the condom loading machine has a problem?

What to do if the air pressure is unstable?
In order to maintain stable air pressure, a gas stabilization tank is equipped, and the machine has a pressure monitoring device that can visually observe the pressure status.
