Why is a vulcanizing machine needed in condom production?

The principle of vulcanizing machine?
The vulcanizing machine transfers heat to the vulcanization chamber through a heating medium such as steam or thermal oil, causing the latex to reach the vulcanization temperature. At the same time, the pressurization system applies pressure to the latex in the vulcanization chamber through a hydraulic device, ensuring that the vulcanization reaction proceeds uniformly and stably.

The control system will accurately control parameters such as heating temperature, pressurization pressure, and vulcanization time to ensure vulcanization effect and product quality.

Types of vulcanizing machines?
Common types include flat vulcanizing machines, which can be divided into three forms: electric heating, steam heating, and oil heating. They have functions such as timed mold locking, automatic pressure compensation, automatic temperature control, and automatic timing. The surface temperature of the hot plate is uniform, which can ensure product quality and improve production efficiency.
