Condom blister packing machine uses thermoforming technology. It heats plastic sheets (like PET, PVC) to make them soft. After that, molds are used to stamp the softened sheets into a blister form. Next, a condom is put inside this blister, and then aluminum foil is placed on top and sealed, thus creating an independent packaging unit.
