Condom burst volume and pressure tester is a professional equipment used to test the anti explosion performance of condoms. It mainly fills the inside of the condom with gas (usually air or inert gas) and gradually increases the internal pressure until the condom bursts, in order to determine the key indicators such as the maximum burst pressure and burst volume that it can withstand, and evaluate the physical strength and quality reliability of the condom

2.1 Functions
- 2.1.1 Used to detect the volume and pressure required for a condom to inflate until it bursts.
- 2.1.2 Capable of providing data in accordance with the GB7544 – 2004 standard
- 2.1.3 The entire process is fully automatically controlled by a computer. It can automatically display and record the volume and pressure when the condom bursts in real – time. Meanwhile, it can automatically analyze and record condom – related information (such as maximum value, minimum value, average value, number of qualified products, number of unqualified products, etc.), and supports user – initiated upgrades.
- 2.1.4 The door of the blasting main unit and the condom fixing device are automatically controlled to open and close by the computer, which reduces the workload of laboratory technicians and improves work efficiency.
