Working principle:
1. The condom is sucked up from the storage bin by the suction head.
2. Transfer the condom to four feeding ports using the suction head.
3. If the direction of the condom is correct from the feeding port to the positioning device, it will stay in the positioning part until it is placed. If the direction is incorrect, it will be returned to the storage bin.
4. The condom with the correct direction should be delivered from feeding ports A, B, C, and D to the gripper at the appropriate time.
5. Use the gripper to open and support the condom, while blowing air from bottom to top to keep it upright.
6. Lift the gripper and rotate the mold with the turntable, keeping both at the same angle and direction.
7. Move the gripper downwards and insert the condom into the mold.
When the grip reaches its lowest point, close and then open to release the condom.
9. Move the grip away from the condom position.
10. Return the gripper to its original position for the turntable to rotate.
11. Complete the above steps, return the gripper to its original position, and continue to use the condom.
Equipment on-site production equipment requirements:
1. Screw air compressors with a capacity of 4 cubic meters or more (capable of supporting approximately 7 devices), ensuring a clean air source with a pressure of 0.6MPa, and requiring a refrigerated dryer at the air end.
2. The humidity of the equipment on-site environment must be controlled within 50%.
3. Before using the condom, check the smoothness, type, and length of the product, adjust the equipment parameters, and proceed with production.
4. Equipment components, transmission parts, etc. should be regularly lubricated and maintained (according to the maintenance manual).
