The double-row condom packing machine is the most commonly used machine for packaging condoms with aluminum film. It is very easy to operate and not prone to problems. This machine of ours is equipped with an oil dripping pump (for automatic addition of silicone oil) and a thermal transfer coder (capable of printing batch numbers, production dates, expiration dates, etc.). An automatic condom feeding device (condom storage bin, vibrating plate, linear vibrator, and automatic condom feeding device) can be optionally configured. This machine is computer-controlled, featuring a touch screen, a PLC controller, a temperature control module, a servo motor, and AIRTAC pneumatic control and execution devices.

Automatic condom feeding → Lubricant dripping onto condoms → Coding → Heat sealing → Edge trimming → Slitting → Waste edge crushing
Our condom packaging machines are capable of single-package cutting and counting-based multi-package cutting. They can automatically apply lubricant to packaging materials, and optional advanced features include a fully automatic silicone oil mixing system, coding/printing functionality, and dual-sided graphic-text layout (with or without registration marks) as per customer needs. The machines feature user-friendly operation and convenient accessory replacement/maintenance.
