It adopts modern advanced computer programming controller and uses imported brake motor to separate the machine, which is stable, reliable and accurate in detection.

The whole process is powered by electricity, Suitable for electronic testing of various plain condoms, it can also detect dotted condoms and ribbed condoms.
It can automatically complete feeding and film feeding, forming, heat sealing, counting and cutting programs in one go.
Material Compatibility: The machine must be compatible with the condom material (typically latex, polyurethane, or polyisoprene) and the packaging materials (foil, plastic, etc.). It needs to handle these materials without damaging them or compromising their integrity. This includes precise cutting, sealing, and folding mechanisms.

Condom Electrical Leak Tester is a fast and effective device designed to comply with Appendix L Pinhole Test of GB7544-2019, ISO4074: 2002 , ISO4074:2015, AFNOR , DIN and other certification requirements.
The condom burst volume and pressure tester is designed and manufactured according to the “GB7544-2019 Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Natural Rubber Latex Condoms”.
