This equipment is divided into fully automatic and semi-automatic. Use electronic shielding method for inspection holes. A condom without pinholes is like an insulator, where current does not form an electrical circuit but flows through the condom. Condoms with pinholes will generate voltage by forming a path through the condom to determine if they are qualified.

The fully automatic strapping machine with conveyor is of the low – type design. It is integrated with a conveyor line, eliminating the need for manual operation. Moreover, it can be used in conjunction with other automatic equipment and devices to achieve an unmanned, fully automated production line.
The fully automatic shrink wrapping machine, boasting high work efficiency, is extensively applied in the assembly line operations for mass – production packaging. It is equipped with an automatic film – feeding and punching mechanism, along with a manually adjustable film – guiding system. Additionally, it features a manually adjustable feeding and conveying platform, which makes it adaptable to products with varying widths and heights.

Condom Electrical Leak Tester is a fast and effective device designed to comply with Appendix L Pinhole Test of GB7544-2019, ISO4074: 2002 , ISO4074:2015, AFNOR , DIN and other certification requirements.
The condom burst volume and pressure tester is designed and manufactured according to the “GB7544-2019 Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Natural Rubber Latex Condoms”.
